Our story

Mionetto was established in 1887 by Francesco Mionetto, the family’s founder and master winemaker. Set amidst the gentle contours of the Valdobbiadene hills, the very heart of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G area, the Mionetto winery has succeeded, in over 130 years of history, in making itself one of the regions most representative producers on the international stage.

Right from its earliest years, a modern, innovative style has been one of the hallmarks of Mionetto. This combined in its success in anticipating trends and fashions, while at the same time maintaining a strong link with the culture of its native area, a characteristic that today still makes Mionetto a stand out in the world of sparkling wine.

Written on our hills.jpg

A stretch of vines as far as the eye can see on soft and sinuous hills; this is the land of Valdobbiadene, where Mionetto has worked for over one hundred years.

Mionetto has become a flagship for the area and a shining example of Prosecco production on the international scene. The beauty of the hills takes in many physical forms - some slope gently towards the valley, while others drop down more steeply, forming exceptional lines and shapes in the landscape.
