Matured in French and American oak.  Rich red berry fruits and plum with hints of vanilla and spice.  Classic notes of juicy ripe berries and subtle oak. Well-structured with medium tannins and good length.  Try with Porterhouse steak or hard cheeses such as aged cheddar.
