Hand harvest in boxes. The juice used to make this wine was entirely free run.
This allowed us to concentrate the Albariño’s aromatic richness. Fermentation was carried out at a controlled temperature of 14oC to retain and concentrate the varietal notes. A small percentage of the wine (10%) was put through malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity a little, and at the same time, improve its palate structure.
Pale yellow in colour with flashes of golden green. Star bright. On the nose it shows great aromatic power. A complex array of fruit, green and tropical – kiwi fruit and pineapple. On the palate, the acidity reinforces the sensations of freshness and vivacity, combining beautifully with the tropical and fruity notes of the nose. A happy, lively wine which is well structured overall, and well balanced on the palate.
