Katnook's Viki Hoad Wins Safe Work SA Award

Katnook Estate health and safety representative, Viki Coad has won a major Safe Work SA award.
Viki was named Health and Safety Representative of the Year at the Safe Work SA awards night in Adelaide earlier this month. In her three years since her election as health and safety representative at Wingara Wine Group - Katnook Estate, Viki has demonstrated improvement in workplace safety culture. She has developed or adapted tools to monitor, track and catalogue all hazard and incident reports.
Speaking on the award, Vicki said "It was great to be nominated. It was a lot bigger than I expected it to be."
Industrial Relation Minister, Paul Caica, who presented Viki with her award said "The award winner send a positive message and example to South Australians of the kind of innovation, dedication and cooperation needed to keep our workplaces safe."
